What is the Rental Policy?

We require a minimum of 7 days to rent with Kids 1st Mobile. To complete your order, you must read and accept our friendly Terms and Conditions during checkout.

What are the actual rates I pay?

There is no additional service cost associated with or in addition to the Rental Cost (and Optional Insurance Protection if applicable.)

When does my Rental Period Start and End?

Your Start Date is the first day of usage during your trip. We will deliver the unit to you on your Start Date. The Return Date is the day we pick up the rented equipment. Arrangements CAN be made to leave your equipment at the hotel front desk for us to pick up should you have an early departure time, however, Kids 1st Mobile will not be held liable for lost or stolen equipment and the Customer will be charged for equipment no returned on agreed Return Date.

How do I receive and return my rental product?

We personally deliver your rental equipment to your hotel/condo that you will be staying at during the time window you selected. A member of our staff will also pick up the equipment on your Return Date during the time window you selected.

What service does the cellular watch phone offer?

Kids 1st Mobile utilizes the Verizon Wireless Network CDMA.

What are some of the Features of the Watch cellular phone?

What is included in your Packages?

Your Kids 1st Mobile rental equipment will be charged and ready for immediate use. Each device includes a charger.

Is your product cleaned before use?

The cleanliness of our product is top priority. Our Team takes pride in presenting a like new product to all of our customers.

What is your rental policy?

When you place your order, we proceed to charge only for the amount of the transaction and will not place any reserve against your credit card for a standard order.

Additional amounts will be charged against your card only if items in the rental package are missing, damaged, or not returned within the specified Return Date.
*Please ask about our Optional Insurance Protection.

What payment methods are offered?

For your security and convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All international cards are also welcomed.

Do you charge sales tax?

Our facility is located in Florida, therefore any charges made within Florida are subject to sales tax. This policy is of course subject to change as may be required by any new laws governing Internet sales.

Can I purchase insurance?

Yes. This is an available option upon checkout.

Where may I travel with the Product(s)?

Our Service and Equipment have been designed for your traveling needs while in the USA.

How do I track a watch with GPS?

Upon delivery and setup you will be guided by our staff member to download a free app on your smartphone (Apple or Android). A quick demonstration will be conducted to show you how to use the GPS function of the units. *We recommend to use WiFi or international data charges of your smartphone existing plan may apply.
